AHS Family School and DE Invite: Constitution Day Activities at AHS
Constitution Day Activities at American Heritage School!
This coming Monday the 17th, we’ll be having lots of fun Constitution Day activities. We’d love to invite our Family School and Distance Education students and families to join us. Following a 30 minute devotional, students will go outside for a rotation of various games.
|Station 1: Francis Scott Key—“The Star Spangled Banner”|
|Station 2: Bulletproof George Washington|
|Station 3: Ellis Island and Immigration|
|Station 4: Election Process|
|Station 5: Freedom of Religion|
|Station 6: Patrick Henry—“Give Me Liberty” Speech|
|Station 7: The Christian Founding (Pilgrims)|
|Station 8: Martha Washington|
The morning devotional will also be given four times at various times depending on grade. You may want to come when you can best join the grades relative to the ages of your children.
Grades 7–12—8:15 to 9:00 a.m. (North Auditorium)
Grades 4–6—9:15 to 10:00 a.m. (North Auditorium)
Grades K–3—10:30 to 11:00 a.m. (North Auditorium)
Kinder (PM)—12:05 to 12:20 p.m. (Room 109—Mrs. Strong’s classroom)
